Welcome to my new and updated blog. If you want the truth, reality and humor about regular running from an everyday person just like you then you’re in the right place at the right time. I’m going to give you my opinion about all things running and share my goals, training methods as well as all my running ups and downs. I hope you’re entertained, informed and inspired. We all run to better ourselves physically and mentally. The journey is the fun part. I’m here to share that journey and I think you’ll find, even though we’re all  different, we’re also similar.
